    The product was with the power cord below so the tip was sticking out of the box which did not I had a wrapper that protects the product well so I arrived with the broken tip, surely at the time of the packaging they didn’t realize that detail that the trans por suffers a lot from you, It does what the description says but they should improve packaging protection.
